Analysis and design
Screens, data and integrations are designed and agreed with you. Clickable designs come first: changing a drawing is cheap.
Step 03
Development and testing
Built in short cycles you can see: working builds on a staging link, not status reports, each tested on real devices.
Step 04
Deployment and maintenance
We launch to your servers and app store accounts, then stay on for fixes, updates and whatever the next phase needs.

Fixed price per phase

Monthly, per team member

Maintenance, improvements and work whose scope is still being discovered.

You set priorities; we log time against them and share the log with every invoice.

Hourly or daily rate

Source code and intellectual property transfer to you. We sign your NDA before we see your idea.

We work on IST and agree a fixed daily overlap window with each client, whatever their time zone.

A single project manager answers for your project, on the channel you already use.

Bug fixes after release are part of delivery. Ongoing maintenance is available monthly.
