Software Licensing Terms

License Grant

Upon completion of a software development project and receipt of full payment, Native Software grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software developed specifically for them.

Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• Custom code developed specifically for the client belongs to the client
• Pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners
• Native Software retains the right to reuse general concepts, techniques, and know-how

Third-Party Components

Our software may include third-party libraries and components. The use of these components is subject to their respective licenses, which will be documented in the project deliverables.

Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted, clients may not:

• Sublicense, sell, or distribute the software to third parties
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

Warranty

Native Software warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the agreed specifications for a period of 90 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover issues arising from modifications made by the client or third parties.

Support

Post-delivery support and maintenance are available under separate support agreements.
