We connect Amazon Seller Central listings and orders to your business system.
Selling on Amazon alongside your own channels often means one more dashboard, one more stock figure and settlement reports that are hard to match with the bank. Bringing Amazon orders and settlements into your main system lets you see all sales together and keep stock accurate across channels.
What we build with it
- Importing marketplace orders
- Updating available stock
- Reconciling marketplace settlements
How it works
- You authorise the connection from your Seller Central account.
- The system regularly fetches new orders through Amazon's Selling Partner API and creates them in your records.
- Stock changes in your system update the available quantity on your Amazon listings, matched by SKU.
- Settlement reports are downloaded and matched against orders, fees and refunds, so the payout can be reconciled with the bank credit.
Data exchanged
- Order details and buyer information as permitted by Amazon
- Inventory quantities
- Settlement reports
What is needed to set it up
- An Amazon Seller Central account
- SP-API authorisation
- ASIN and SKU mapping
Good to know
- Amazon restricts access to buyer personal information and requires approval for it, so some details may not be available.
- For orders fulfilled by Amazon, stock sits in Amazon's warehouses and is tracked separately from your own stock.
- Amazon deducts its fees from settlements, so marketplace income and fees are recorded separately for your accounts.
