We connect lead and customer data in your system to HubSpot CRM.
HubSpot is often where marketing and sales track leads and deals, while orders, invoices and service happen in another system. Linking them means a won deal becomes a customer and an order without re-entry, and your sales team can see what customers have bought and paid.
What we build with it
- Contact and company sync
- Creating HubSpot contacts from enquiries received in the system
- Deal stage updates
- Passing won deals to billing
How it works
- We map HubSpot contact, company and deal properties to fields in your system.
- Enquiries captured in your system can be created as contacts in HubSpot for follow-up.
- When a deal reaches the won stage, HubSpot notifies the system, which creates the customer and order.
- Order and invoice details are written back to the HubSpot record as properties or activity notes.
Data exchanged
- Contact and company records
- Deal stage, value and owner
- Activity history
What is needed to set it up
- A HubSpot account
- A private app token or OAuth
- Property mapping agreed
Good to know
- Some features, such as workflows that call external systems, depend on your HubSpot subscription.
- HubSpot limits API request rates, so bulk syncs are spread out.
- Contacts' marketing consent is managed in HubSpot, and the system respects it when sending messages.
