We connect sales pipeline data in your system to Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM is a popular choice for sales teams in growing businesses, but orders, stock and service often live in a separate system. Connecting them lets a deal move from the CRM into an order without anyone re-typing it, and lets salespeople see what happened after the sale.
What we build with it
- Lead and contact sync
- Deal stage tracking
- Converting a won deal into an order
How it works
- We map Zoho CRM modules and fields — leads, contacts, accounts and deals — to records in your system.
- New enquiries from your system can be created as leads in Zoho CRM.
- When a deal is closed as won, the system creates the customer and order from the deal's details.
- Order, invoice and payment status are written back to the account in Zoho CRM.
Data exchanged
- Lead, contact and account records
- Deal stage and value
- Notes and activity
What is needed to set it up
- A Zoho CRM account
- OAuth authorisation
- Module and field mapping
Good to know
- Zoho CRM allocates API credits per day based on your edition and number of licences, which sets how much can be synced.
- Zoho runs separate regional data centres, and the connection must use the one your account belongs to.
- If you also use Zoho Books, we check which Zoho connections already exist to avoid syncing the same data twice.
