We connect customer and pipeline data in your system to a Salesforce org.
When sales runs in Salesforce and operations run elsewhere, the handover is where things go wrong — a won deal is re-typed as an order, and salespeople cannot see whether their customer has paid. Connecting the two keeps customer records consistent and gives each team the information it needs in the tool it already uses.
What we build with it
- Syncing accounts and contacts
- Pushing closed opportunities into billing
- Sharing order history back to sales
How it works
- We agree which Salesforce objects and fields map to records in your system, and which side owns each field.
- When an opportunity is marked won, Salesforce notifies the system, which creates the customer and order.
- Orders, invoices and payment status are written back to the Salesforce account, so sales can see them.
- Contact changes sync according to the agreed ownership, avoiding one system overwriting the other.
Data exchanged
- Account and contact records
- Opportunity stage and value
- Order and invoice references
What is needed to set it up
- A Salesforce org with API access
- A connected app and OAuth authorisation
- Object and field mapping agreed
Good to know
- API access depends on your Salesforce edition; some editions need it added separately.
- Salesforce limits the number of API calls in a rolling day, so high-volume syncs are designed to use them sparingly.
- Duplicate accounts in Salesforce become duplicate customers elsewhere, so a clean-up before go-live pays off.
