We connect orders in your system to Shiprocket's courier aggregation for rate comparison, booking and tracking.
Different couriers suit different pin codes, weights and payment modes. Shiprocket gives access to several couriers through one account. Connecting it to your system lets dispatch staff see options for each order, book one, print the label and follow the shipment, all from the order screen.

How it works
- When an order is ready, the system sends its details, weight and dimensions to Shiprocket.
- Shiprocket returns the couriers available for that route with their rates and estimated delivery times.
- The user picks a courier, or the system applies a rule such as cheapest or fastest, and the shipment is booked.
- The label and AWB number are returned for printing, and a pickup is scheduled.
- Tracking updates flow back to the order until delivery or return.

What is needed to set it up
- A Shiprocket account
- API credentials
- Pickup addresses configured on their side
Good to know
- Shipping charges are deducted from your Shiprocket account under its own billing arrangement, so the account needs a sufficient balance for bookings to go through.
- Couriers may re-weigh parcels. Accurate weights and dimensions reduce disputes and extra charges.
- Rates and courier availability change, so the system fetches them for each order rather than storing a fixed rate card.
