If your organisation already runs on Microsoft 365, Azure keeps your business software within the same Microsoft agreements, identity and billing. Staff can sign in with their Microsoft accounts, and IT can manage access through the tools it already uses.

How it works
- We create resource groups in your Azure subscription for the application, database and storage, in the region you choose.
- The application is deployed with a managed identity, so it can reach storage and secrets without passwords in its configuration.
- Staff sign-in can be linked to your Entra ID directory.
- Backups, monitoring and alerts are configured, with access given through Azure role assignments.

- Azure bills your subscription by usage. Cost alerts and budgets can be set so spending does not surprise you.
- Azure has regions in India, which helps where data needs to stay in the country.
