We connect weighbridge indicators to goods receipt, dispatch and production records in your system.
When goods are bought or sold by weight, the weighbridge reading is the invoice. A reading typed by hand can be mistyped or changed, and disputes follow. Capturing the weight straight from the indicator into the transaction gives an accurate, tamper-evident record that links the vehicle, the ticket and the bill.

How it works
- A loaded vehicle arrives, and the operator opens a weighment against the vehicle number and the purchase or sales order.
- When the reading is stable, the system captures the weight directly from the indicator — the operator cannot type it.
- After unloading or loading, the second weight is captured the same way, and the system calculates net weight.
- A weighment ticket is printed, and the net weight flows into the goods receipt, invoice or production entry.

What is needed to set it up
- A weighbridge indicator with a serial or network output
- A local agent or converter where the output is serial
- Agreement on which transactions capture weight
Good to know
- The weighbridge itself must be calibrated and stamped under legal metrology rules. The software records what the indicator reports; it does not correct the scale.
- Indicators from different makers send data in different formats, so we read the output of your model during setup.
- A camera snapshot of the vehicle at each weighment can be added for extra evidence where disputes are common.
