We connect meeting and appointment records in your system to Zoom.
If your clients and staff already use Zoom, booking a consultation in your system should produce a working Zoom link without anyone opening Zoom to schedule it. The link is saved on the record, sent to the participants and kept for reference.
What we build with it
- Generating a Zoom link when a meeting is booked
- Client consultations
- Recurring internal meetings
How it works
- A meeting is booked in the system by a staff member or a client.
- The system asks Zoom to create a meeting under the chosen host account, with topic, time and duration.
- Zoom returns the joining link and meeting ID, which are saved on the record.
- Participants receive the link by email, WhatsApp or calendar invitation, and changes to the booking update the Zoom meeting.
Data exchanged
- Meeting topic and time
- Participant addresses
- Join link and meeting ID
What is needed to set it up
- A Zoom account
- OAuth authorisation or a server-to-server app
- Host account selection
Good to know
- Meeting length, participant limits and cloud recording depend on your Zoom plan, which you hold directly with Zoom.
- A host can generally run only one meeting at a time, so busy teams booking in parallel need enough host licences.
- Passcodes and waiting rooms can be set by default, so links shared by mistake do not let strangers in.
